TURMERIC GINGER LATTE:

  • 1.5 cups of milk
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp ginger, freshly grated or ground
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon, ground
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp sweetener of your choice (honey)

DIRECTIONS:

Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan; bring to a boil, whisk the ingredients together, then cut the heat source, transfer to a cup, add honey to taste and enjoy a warm cup.
